New Brand, New Product, New Environment at 2013 G2E
At 2013 G2E, the Global Gaming Expo, SPIELO International aimed to clearly communicate the big news of their recent transition under the GTECH corporate brand name as well as use the show platform to successfully launch their new product, Sphinx 3D™.
For the 5th year in a row, SPIELO chose Hill & Partners to create and deliver a 7,200 square foot, one-of-a-kind experience that was just as exciting as their new TRUE 3D product line. A feature area for this product display involved a dramatic raised stage for private tutorials of the latest gaming technology and for group presentations of the Sphinx 3D™ product.
To minimize the expense without sacrificing the impact of a custom-built structure, SPIELO capitalized on the extensive rental inventory at Hill & Partners. To capture the interest of all passerbys, the H&P design team "Went Big" and integrated textures, large format technology, dramatic signage and over 100 working slot machines into the exhibit.
To easily be seen from anywhere in the show hall, two (20x20) foot transparent video curtains and two 16-foot high video towers rotated newly branded video content. Fourteen internally lit blue orbs were suspended to compliment the 50-foot signage around the perimeter.
By building up instead of out, a second floor structure provided seven private meeting spaces. A designated Social Media Lounge area was used to stay connected throughout the show with live social updates and blogging efforts. The lounge also served to promote the company's Facebook "Like Us" campaign that was launched in conjunction with the show.
By collaborating with stakeholders early on and sticking to Spielo objectives, Hill & Partners delivered an environment that put Spielo, now GTECH, front and center at one of the world's largest gaming shows.
