Hill & Partners assists with South Shore Habitat for Humanity building project

, Inc. is proud to announce that twelve staff members, including company President Michael McMahon and his wife Kimberley McMahon recently assisted South Shore Habitat for Humanity with a home building project on Highland Street in Easton.  The house was built for future homeowner Heidi Terpening and her three children.  Terpening and two of her children suffer from Mitochondrial Disease; as such, the dwelling will include a ramp leading to the front door and specialized storage space to accommodate a motorized wheelchair.

 

The May 29th project marks the fourth Habitat for Humanity home building project that members of the Hill & Partners staff have volunteered their time and skill to assist in. Hill & Partners, whose offices are located directly across the street from the South Shore Habitat for Humanity office,  has additionally taken to heart Habitat’s slogan “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” through various monetary donations and by volunteering design services for the South Shore Habitat for Humanity’s Gala Fundraiser —High Heels & Hard Hats – held in 2012.
