Recently, the Hill & Partners team was able to take a welcomed break from the daily grind to breathe in some fresh air aboard The Valiant yacht in Boston Harbor. The afternoon outing was the result of an auction earlier this year at the South Shore Habitat for Humanity "High Heels and Hard Hats" Gala, where H&P bid vigorously for the two hour harbor cruise.

Participating in the Gala event that led us to The Valiant, comes from a long standing relationship with South Shore Habitat for Humanity. Even prior to being located directly across the street from the South Shore Habitat offices, Hill & Partners held the cause close to our hearts, donating volunteer services for build days, design services for the galas, and various monetary contributions. Now, with the locations of our offices so close together, we take the Habitat slogan of "Neighbors Helping Neighbors" literally.

As part of the Hill & Partners culture and our "Work Hard, Play Hard" mentality, company events are often held to show employee appreciation while also fostering a teamwork and relationship-focused environment. For this particular Hill & Partners company event, we were pleased to be able to extend our appreciation by involving a few of our local clients in the experience. 

The beautiful October day, the delicious cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres, and lots of laughter with Our People and our valued clients all contributed to making this event a great success.
