When Trevor Beniak was a student at Bemidji State University two years ago, attending the ExhibitorLive show was a highlight of his year. Walking the show floor, participating in workshops and connecting with industry leaders gave him inspiration for his own designs and motivation for his anticipated career as an exhibit designer. 

This year, Trevor came back to ExhibitorLive as an industry professional as an exhibit designer for H&P and he was able to have the truly unique experience of seeing his first ever design come to life on the show floor. When Trevor began designing a 20x20 Rental Branded Environment as his first training project at H&P, he had no idea that six months later he would literally be standing in the space at ExhibitorLive. Trevor's challenge was to create a space that conveyed H&P's motto "Our People Become Your PeopleTM". By adding a feature display area showcasing The Falcon Award, which is given to H&P employees for exceptional customer service, Trevor showed that not only is he a creative and innovative designer, he truly understands and embodies the values of H&P. 



Project Manager Samantha Donnelly set out to really nail the build of H&P’s 20x20 Rental Branded Environment. Managing a project for her own company came with a unique set of anxieties and Sam knew pre-planning was the key to success. By involving herself in every aspect of the project from conception through build, Sam was able to assure everyone else on team that the execution of the design would be flawless. Sam was also able to be an active participant during the show by contributing to an in-booth student event with students from Bemidji State University and Fashion Institute of Technology. She shared her real world knowledge of the trade show industry and the students’ eagerness and fresh perspective fed Sam’s soul and was her greatest reward.



Sales Manager Lauren Wood attended ExhibitorLive for the third consecutive year and described it as her best experience to date. Being able to have meaningful conversations can be challenging at a trade show attended by your industry peers but this year Lauren found that she was able to make real connections and introduce people to all the amazingness that H&P has to offer. The open floor plan allowed people to enter the booth space and really live within the environment. Lauren never once felt like she had to drag anyone or force them to listen to her sales pitch - in fact, Lauren never felt like she was even giving a pitch! Having the actual Falcon in the booth was a great conversation starter and the attendees Lauren connected with were genuinely interested in learning about H&P's values and how "Our People Become Your PeopleTM."


Trevor's stunning design, Sam's meticulous attention to detail and Lauren's positive interactions came together to create an unparalleled experience for everyone involved in the design, build and execution of H&P's booth at ExhibitorLive. When "Our People Become Your PeopleTM", anything is possible.
