We started making decisions each day because of where we wanted to go versus on what we thought our clients wanted. We eradicated the idea of being 'order takers,' which is what our industry wanted us to do. In the last 5 years we have invested in our people, imagining that how we are going to operate in the future is going to be a function of who they are, how they work together, and how they show up each and every day. It's just amazing how so much has changed and I have everything and nothing to do with it. These guys are charting the future.
