[Close](https://info.hillpartners.com/careers/experienced-project-manager#) # Associate Project Manager Posted by [Hill & Partners](https://info.hillpartners.com/careers/author/hill-partners) on Nov 29, 2016 1:29:39 PM - [Tweet](https://twitter.com/share)     **Job Title: **Associate Project Manager (APM) # **Department Title: **Account Management # **Reports To****: **Director of Accounts (DOA) & Account Executive (AE) ** ** **Profile of the Associate Project Manager** The primary responsibility of an APM will be to provide support in the form of process and project management, including managing timelines, researching information, communicating with vendors and clients, and providing assistance as needed to meet and exceed the needs of H&P clients. Responsibilities to also include but not be limited to: Administrative tasks (calendar manageme nt, expense reports, department metrics/data capture), Client Facing/Relationship Management (meetings, show-floor, dinners), Exceptional Customer Service (internal & external), and Travel is expected in this role (client meetings, trade shows). Candidates will have 1-2 years of business experience, preferably in a client service capacity.
